Franco Mosso is CEO and Co-Founder at Enseña Peru. He is also a Co-Founder of Ayni, which brings together more than 1300 leaders in education from all roles to reimagine education. He has served as a member of the Network Advisory Council of Teach for All and has been a jury member in several national teacher prizes in Peru. In 2018, he was the recipient of the Leadership for Education Award and the Faculty Tribute Award at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Some of his courses are today public policy in entire regions of Peru and have scaled to more than thirty thousand teachers. Franco has published several articles and case studies on system change, educational leadership and innovation, along with The Global Education Initiative at Harvard, the OECD, UNESCO, and Harvard Latin Review. He also designed the education career for Universidad Technologica del Peru. Franco holds a Master's degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University, and also holds studies in strategy for non-profits from the Business School at Harvard.
