Nicola Daniel is program director for the China Forum at Salzburg Global. She is a seasoned China watcher. Nicola previously worked in Asia in a variety of roles in the investment industry, as an equity analyst and portfolio manager at Franklin Templeton Investments and on the trading floor at the World Bank. She earned a Doctorate of International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, where her research focused on the diffusion of the EU's GDPR in China, Japan, and the United States.
