Kateryna Anselmi is the program manager, Peace and Justice, for Salzburg Global Seminar, located in their office in Salzburg. As the program manager, her primary responsibilities encompass program design and implementation, network development and advancement, all with a focus on the peace and justice program area. In her role she is actively involved in programs such as Global Innovations on Youth Justice, Safety and Violence, Pathways to Peace Initiative, Ukraine Civil Society Forum, Asia Peace Innovators Forum, Japan-India Transformative Technology Network and Public Sector Strategy Network. Before moving to Austria, she accumulated 15 years of experience in Ukraine's business sector. During this time, she held roles that allowed her to excel in project and development management, with achievements in automating sales through online platforms, efficiently managing imports, and growing the roster of suppliers. Kateryna holds a Master's Degree in Foreign Linguistics and Translation (German and English) from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University in Ukraine. Although Kateryna fled Ukraine in February 2022 due to the war, her role at Salzburg Global Seminar allows her to contribute to the rebuilding of not only a peaceful Ukraine but also to the promotion of global peace.
