Olisa Dellas is the manager, development and evaluation at Salzburg Global Seminar. Based in Austria, she deals with institutional grant reporting, financial management and reconciliation, partner outreach, and program evaluation. Prior to joining Salzburg Global Seminar, Olisa held dual roles of assistant director of the Tower Scholars Program and assistant director of Academic Engagement and Outreach at the Tower Center for Public Policy and International Affairs at Southern Methodist University, USA. There, she oversaw all aspects of the Tower Scholars Program from strategic planning and budget management to recruitment and internship placement. She also managed Tower Center fellowships, scholarships, and student programs focused on increasing interest in public policy. Olisa holds a B.S. in materials science & engineering from Virginia Tech, USA and a M.Ed. in educational leadership from Southern Methodist University, USA.
