Charlotte Müer is the program manager for health at Salzburg Global Seminar. In her role, she works with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful programs related to healthy societies, healthcare innovation and health leadership development. Furthermore, she manages content curation, stakeholder engagement and program implementation. Prior to joining the organization, Charlotte worked as a business development representative for Castor in Amsterdam, where she supported various clients to set up a digital solution for their clinical trials. Before that she interned for Philips Research and was involved in project management for different healthcare projects. A large focus of her research and work was on elderly care and the ageing population. Charlotte holds a double degree bachelor's in physiotherapy and healthcare management from Universitätsklinikum Münster and Fachhochschule Münster, as well as a master's in international health and social management from MCI Innsbruck.
