Penelope Ögüt is manager, operations & organizational development at Salzburg Global Seminar. Based in the Salzburg office, she manages international travel and visa processes, coordinates finances and internal communication related to program participation, and supports program recruitment and onboarding of our Fellows. Penelope's responsibilities also include employee recruitment and collaboration on the planning and implementation of training and development opportunities for our staff. Prior to joining Salzburg Global Seminar, Penelope worked in education. She holds a B.A. in French and German from UCL, a PGCE in modern foreign languages from the Institute of Education, London and an M.A. in communication for development from Malmö University.
