Michaela Goldman

Associate Director, Organizational Development

Michaela Goldman is the associate director, organizational development at Salzburg Global Seminar. In this role she is responsible for recruiting and hiring interns, processing applications, overseeing visa, travel and related logistics, and serving as the point person for interns supporting Salzburg Global Seminar and Hotel Schloss Leopoldskron. Working closely with Program Directors, Program Associates, the Development Team, and the Hotel Team, Michaela coordinates the interns' assignments which include support for Salzburg Global's on-site programs, ongoing research and development projects, and general office and hotel operations support. Michaela has served in a variety of capacities at Salzburg Global Seminar including as internship program manager, admissions officer, and administrative and admissions assistant. Prior to joining Salzburg Global, Michaela served as assistant to the CEO at a tourism advertising company. She also served as assistant to the president of a charity organization on a voluntary basis where she coordinated special projects and fundraising events. Michaela lived in the US where she was an au pair and assisted with a documentary film project. She has a diploma in business administration.
